1. To provide needed Biblical leadership training to lay leaders to work with their Muc su more effectively.
2. To teach sound Baptist doctrines and apologetics to lay leaders.
3. To train through conference, techniques applicable for Vietnamese ministry
4. To provide seminary extensions (on-line courses) for self-study
